Hire Remote A‑Players and Save $40k Per Hire

I source and custom vet exceptional remote talent for your business in 2 weeks

Smart Hiring for Fast Growth

For years, I struggled to find the perfect balance between quality and cost-efficiency in hiring. There was no service to hire great remote workers who performed at the level of in-house employees without breaking the bank.

That’s why I started Bloomhunt. I leverage my experience to match your business with exceptional remote Filipino workers. This allows you to save 70% to 80% on employee costs without sacrificing quality or productivity.

Why the Philippines?

Filipinos have a culture of loyalty, honesty, and hard work. Their proficiency in English and familiarity with Western business practices make them ideal remote teammates.

The average monthly salary in the Philippines is $800/mo. This allows us to leverage the wage discrepency by offering 50-100% more than the average for exceptional candidates.

These traits, combined with my data-driven, assessment-based hiring process, have allowed me to scale my businesses fast and without risk.

If you’re frustrated with compromising and want to hire driven employees effortlessly – let’s talk.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of hiring Filipinos?

  • Cultural Work Ethic and Loyalty: Filipino culture places a high value on work ethic and commitment. Trust and honesty are qualities Filipinos employees both look for and provide.
  • High English Proficiency: English is an official language in the Philippines. Filipino remote workers are fluent English speakers.
  • Cost-Effective Salaries: Lower living costs in the Philippines result in salaries ~ 20% of US equivalents.
  • Large Talent Pool: With a population of 115 million, there is an abundant and diverse talent pool available‍.
  • Experience with Western Companies: Filipinos are accustomed to working remotely for Western companies. Great soft skills and willingness to work in US time zones are the norm.

What are the typical salary ranges for the roles you recruit?

Easier jobs with high availability require lower budgets. Roles requiring specialized skills, education, or extensive experience demand higher budgets.

For roles with a low learning curve, salaries typically range from $1000 to $1200 per month.

Examples: Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Social Media Manager, Support Agent.

For roles with a higher learning curve, educational or extensive experience requirements, salaries generally range from $1400 to $1600 per month.

Examples: Deal Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Project Manager, BDR.

How can I manage the time zone difference?

Filipino remote employees are well-accustomed to working with Western companies and managing different time zones. A large part of the talent pool has been working western hours for years.

I disqualify candidates who are not currently working or do not have experience working in your time zone. Adjusting from working day shifts to working night shifts can be difficult.

Can I request a trial period with a candidate?

I offer a 90-day guarantee. If your new hire doesn’t work out, I will use your feedback to source a new talent.

What roles do you recruit for?

If it can be done remotely, I am able to source and vet candidates to match your requirements. Here are the main categories and some common roles within each:

  • Marketing: Manager, Specialist, Assistant, Coordinator, Analyst, etc.
  • Sales: Director, Manager, BDR, SDR
  • Customer Service: Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, Client Support Specialist, Customer Success
  • Assistance: Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, VA, etc.
  • Accounting and Finance: Financial Analyst, Accountant, Bookkeeper
  • Operations: Operations Manager, Account Executive, Operations Assistant
  • Research and Analysis: Research Assistant, Deal Analyst
  • Project Management: Project Manager, Program Coordinator, Project Analyst

How do I manage payroll, taxes, and legal compliance for remote employees?

Disclaimer: I’m not a CPA or legal professional and am not providing you with tax or legal advice.

Filipinos working remotely are typically hired as independent contractors. The costs you incur when working with a Filipino contractor are deducted from your taxes. Nothing more to it.

What are the costs of hiring a remote employee through Bloomhunt?

Typical recruitment fees range from 20-25% of an employee’s first-year total compensation.

My take: Recruiters should not be incentivized to present candidates with the highest salary expectations.

By working with me, you save significantly on both salary and recruitment fees.

Here’s how my pricing works:

  • Refundable Deposit. I take a small engagement fee at the start of the recruitment process. It’s fully refundable.
  • Placement Fee. When you hire a candidate I present to you, I charge a flat fee, regardless of salary.

Our incentives are perfectly aligned. I only get paid when you win.

How long does it take to find my hire?

For most roles sourcing and vetting takes 2 weeks.
