For years, I struggled to find the perfect balance between quality and cost-efficiency in hiring. There was no service to hire great remote workers who performed at the level of in-house employees without breaking the bank.
That’s why I started Bloomhunt. I leverage my experience to match your business with exceptional remote Filipino workers. This allows you to save 70% to 80% on employee costs without sacrificing quality or productivity.
Filipinos have a culture of loyalty, honesty, and hard work. Their proficiency in English and familiarity with Western business practices make them ideal remote teammates.
The average monthly salary in the Philippines is $800/mo. This allows us to leverage the wage discrepency by offering 50-100% more than the average for exceptional candidates.
These traits, combined with my data-driven, assessment-based hiring process, have allowed me to scale my businesses fast and without risk.
If you’re frustrated with compromising and want to hire driven employees effortlessly – let’s talk.
— Andrey Doichev, Bloomhunt

TRUiC (The Really Useful Information Company) offers free tools, guides, and resources to help entrepreneurs start and grow their small businesses.

MintSEO is an SEO and content marketing agency that helps businesses achieve top Google rankings through managed SEO, local SEO, SEO content creation, link-building, and keyword research services.

Inc and Go is an online resource that helps first-time entrepreneurs form an LLC.
I needed to find authors who could quickly and affordably write LLC formation articles that first-time business owners would easily understand.
I ended up hiring two experienced attorneys with a knack for writing to help me create the content on the site.
After helping more than 3000 business owners form their LLC, Inc and Go was acquired in July 2024.
Short overview on my four-round hiring process and what I do for clients like you
I imagine I’m hiring for my own company. With your help, I figure out who the perfect candidate for your position is.
I create a job description tailored to attract your perfect candidate. No templates and no “one size fits all” mentality.
I launch a sponsored LinkedIn job post and begin sourcing until I gather 100+ candidates.
Candidates go through several rounds. I check for fit by:
I interview 10-15 candidates. My goal is to have genuine conversations and figure out:
After thorough vetting and interviewing, I present you with the top 3 candidates.
You hire a highly qualified affordable talent, the candidate finds a great job, and I succeed in making the right match.
Easier jobs with high availability require lower budgets. Roles requiring specialized skills, education, or extensive experience demand higher budgets.
For roles with a low learning curve, salaries typically range from $1000 to $1200 per month.
Examples: Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Social Media Manager, Support Agent.
For roles with a higher learning curve, educational or extensive experience requirements, salaries generally range from $1400 to $1600 per month.
Examples: Deal Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Project Manager, BDR.
Filipino remote employees are well-accustomed to working with Western companies and managing different time zones. A large part of the talent pool has been working western hours for years.
I disqualify candidates who are not currently working or do not have experience working in your time zone. Adjusting from working day shifts to working night shifts can be difficult.
I offer a 90-day guarantee. If your new hire doesn’t work out, I will use your feedback to source a new talent.
If it can be done remotely, I am able to source and vet candidates to match your requirements. Here are the main categories and some common roles within each:
Disclaimer: I’m not a CPA or legal professional and am not providing you with tax or legal advice.
Filipinos working remotely are typically hired as independent contractors. The costs you incur when working with a Filipino contractor are deducted from your taxes. Nothing more to it.
Typical recruitment fees range from 20-25% of an employee’s first-year total compensation.
My take: Recruiters should not be incentivized to present candidates with the highest salary expectations.
By working with me, you save significantly on both salary and recruitment fees.
Here’s how my pricing works:
Our incentives are perfectly aligned. I only get paid when you win.
For most roles sourcing and vetting takes 2 weeks.
